The Yoga+ Corporate Program is an extension of our belief and advocacy in mindfulness + wellness.

Unlike our group classes, this program is totally customisable based on:

Duration of the session
Objectives for the session
Location of the session

What we offer

Our private group yoga sessions are conducted by one (or multiple) of our instructors, depending on the size of the group.
Based on the objectives of the session, we will incorporate activities accordingly.
For a one-off team bonding activity, you can expect some fun and partner yoga. For a session that centres around rest & relaxation, you can expect a more grounding class with stretches.
Location:
- In our yoga studio (fits 18 pax comfortably)
- In your office space (we can rent out mats at an additional rate of $10 per mat)
Duration:
- Classes typically run for 1 hour.
- Upon request, we can arrange it for 75 mins or 90 mins long.
The Mindfulness Sessions are slightly different from the private group yoga sessions.
Here you can expect the participants to experience sound baths, breathwork, or tea meditation, or mindful journaling.
These Mindfulness Sessions are perfect for corporate clients who are not keen to change into athleisure wear or prefer a more inclusive, grounding experience.

- In the office (meeting room / board room, as this session can be done seated)
- In the yoga studio
Duration:
- One hour. We typically have this during the lunch time as a pick-me-up session.
- If you would like to have it longer, we can arrange for a 75-min or 90-mins session accordingly.
This workshop is the brainchild of our co-founders, weaving in yoga principles into modern day corporate communications.
This 3-hour hands-on workshop covers how to communicate authentically and effectively in a corporate setting.
Some of the areas that would be covered:
- Standing your ground in moments of conflict
- Clarity in communicating big ideas
- Confronting fear in presenting in bigger groups
Some of the yoga techniques employed include:
- Specific breathwork
- Visualisation
- Physical stretches
- Mindfulness mental exercises
Location:
In your office or any offsite locations

Duration:
3 hours
Your company will purchase a 50-class bundle at a competitive rate and any employee in your company / department can utilise it to attend any of our yoga classes / workshops.
If there are certain limitations such as attending only once per day per person, it can be arranged as well.
The employee will just have to book a mat ahead of time by writing in to us via email.

Corporate Wellness PRICES

Option 1

This is an option for employees to independently attend yoga classes in our studios.
Companies would purchase a corporate bundle comprising 50 classes and anyone in the company can attend session using this bundle.
Should it deem necessary, we can certainly add stipulations such as frequency of sessions a person can attend in a day.
$1000 for 50 classes, with an 8-month validity from the date of the first class attended.

Option 2

This is an option for a private group yoga class catered to meet the needs of the company. It is a convenient, hassle-free approach to an off-site yoga bonding activity.
This can be conducted in our Somerset studio (which fits 18 pax) OR in your office meeting room.
The prices differ based on where the session is conducted.
Session in the studio
Off- Peak Hours: $280.00
Peak Hours: $400.00
Peak hours refer to:
- Weekday evening sessions from 6pm
- Weekends from 9 am - 12pm.
All other timings are off-peak hours. The studio fits a max of 18 mats.
Session in the office
One-off Session
- 1 – 20 attendees: $200.00 for a 1-hour class
- 21 – 29 attendees: $280.00 for a 1-hour class

Option 3

This Mindfulness session comprises a range of activities depending on the goal of the session. It can be a combination of sound bath, breathwork, tea meditation, mindful journaling.
The price varies based on what it is conducted.
In the office
$300 for a 1-hour class.
Maximum number of participants at any one time is 20 pax.
In the studio
$220 for a 1-hour class.
Maximum number of participants at any one time is 13 pax.

Option 4

This 3-hour workshop is a cosy and intimate session where we communication and yoga principles converge.
Minimum number of pax: 5
Maximum number of pax : 15
This is charged on a per person basis at $250 per pax.
